Dan Ouellette, Executive Director

Dan arrived at North Attleboro this past January with over 25 years’ experience in housing subsidies, ranging from Chapter 707 to 811/202 and 667. Coming from Salisbury Housing Authority, where he administered public housing for elderly and disabled tenants ( 667); and for rental subsidy (Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers), Dan was able to easily step in to his position at NAHA, because of the similarity of the housing programs.

He brought new venues and opened the doors of “change” for both staff and tenants, always keeping a sense of humor. Office Hours are modified to reflect the Town’s office hours; some Tenant re-certifications are modified to bi-annual; and other local preferences were approved by the Board of Commissioners.

Dan shares a wealth of knowledge and tries to find the best resources for whatever issues arise.

 

Christine Iaconis, Finance Manager

Christine has been with NAHA since May 2010. She is the behind-the-scenes person who handles receipt and posting of rent payments and payment of all NAHA bills. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance and enjoys working with numbers. Although Christine rarely interacts with our tenants, she is always courteous and friendly when the opportunity does arise to meet them.
 

Kat Grudain, Conventional Housing Manager

Kat joined NAHA in April 2015 as the Receptionist and quickly advanced to the position of Conventional Housing Manager. She brings with her over 13 years of Public Housing experience and a multitude of knowledge and skills. Kat is always helpful and friendly and greets everyone with a smile. She has found that working in Public Housing is the niche she’d been looking for and enjoys her career immensely.
 

Kelly Carr, Leased Housing Manager

Kelly started with NAHA as the temporary Receptionist in October 2015. In April 2016, she was hired full-time as the Leased Housing Manager when the position became vacant. Kelly has an outgoing personality and is always smiling. She quickly gained knowledge about Housing and is looking forward to making this her life-long career.
 

Aida Nazario, Receptionist/Clerk

Aida is the newest addition to NAHA. She has several years of experience working as a Receptionist. Aida is excited to be able to join our team and will be a great asset, bringing a second language (Spanish) to the office. Aida is compassionate and is always willing to help out where needed.
